This program has been designed to assist you to change your mindset and change your life.  It is fantastic as a forum for personal development as well as an amazing tool to assist with releasing addictions, changing long-term habits and resolving emotional issues (such as stress, anxiety, depression, fears etc)

In 2007 Dr Wayne Dyer wrote a book titled – “Change your Thoughts, Change your Life.”

In 1952 Norman Vincent Peale wrote a book called the Power of Positive thinking which included the quote – ”Change Your Thoughts, and You Change Your World”

And 25 centuries earlier Lao-tzu from ancient China dictated a classic text of 81 verses, called the Tao Te Ching which also expounds the benefits of changing mindsets and this text inspired much of Wayne Dyers works

It is the above principles on which the mindset makeover program is formulated!
