FAST TRACK TAPPING TECHNIQUE:
Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as Tapping) is a great way to quickly release emotions and move through issues.
- Tune into a persistent emotion or issue ie: “I am so anxious right now”
- Follow the image below and repeat the statements exactly as shown and tap on the corresponding points as shown (you may replace the word peace with any other word that resonates with you – love, harmony etc)
- Repeat as many times as you wish or until you feel a sense of the word you are repeating at the wrist (repeat a minimum of 3 times.
Be aware of any other emotions that come up as you are tapping – you may wish/need to tap on these also or at another time.
